If you’re a caterer or a stall trader and are interested in a pitch at HogSozzle 2019, please fill out as much information as possible on the form below. Remember to be as descriptive as possible, the more information you provide, the easier our decisions will be 😉

DOCUMENTATION

Food vendors will be required to provide the following documentation:
– Public and Employers Liability Insurance Certificates
– Health & Safety Documentation (Policies, Risk Assessments including Fire Risk Assessment, Training Records etc.)
– PAT Test Certification
– Gas Safety Certificates (where applicable)
– Written Scheme of Examination for all pressurized Systems (including coffee machines)
– Food Safety Management System (SFBB, NCASS, COOKSAFE or similar)
– Food Hygiene Training Certificate (food handlers only)
– Written allergen information on all unpackaged foods

Food traders, crew caterers and bars MUST be registered with a Local Authority and must have received a Food Hygiene rating

What Happens Next?

Once we have processed your application, if you are successful we will send you an offer. The pitch price will be determined by various factors including pitch size, pitch location, what you are selling and number of staff required.

Please note that the expected trading hours for food vendors is 8am -10pm. If there are any issues with this, please let us know in advance.
