London three-piece Concrete Disco bring the raw energy of a live band to the world of electronic music. Combining the beats and bass of dance music with the glitches of electronic music and a punk sensibility, the band have forged an original and powerful sound. As a live act, the trio have an infectious energy which spills over into their recordings and never fails to get hearts pumping and feet stomping.
Formed in 2010, the band consists of multi-instrumentalist and chief songwriter Jonny Falls Over, alongside brothers Joe (keys/laptop) and Dom (drums/samplers). They have built up a dedicated following in taking their high-octane show to venues such as Glastonbury Festival, Secret Garden Party, The Nest and The Roundhouse, supporting Deadmau5, Modestep, Plump DJs, Beardyman and Zane Lowe along the way. Having honed their sound in the studio and on stage, the band dropped their debut album, Work for your Living, Play for your Life, in 2014 followed by the Skyways EP in late 2016. Following 2 singles in 2018, the band’s second full-length album This Great Future is out now.
